Health MCP Sync accesses the following data from Apple Health or Android Health Connect:

• Sleep analysis data (bedtime, wake time, sleep stages)
• Sleep duration and quality metrics

How We Use Your Data

Your health data is:

• Synced to your personal MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that you control
• Used to display sleep statistics in the app
• Made available to AI assistants (like ChatGPT) through MCP when you connect them

Data Storage

Your data is stored on:

• Your device: Temporarily cached for display
• Your server: The MCP server you configure (self-hosted or our hosted service)

We do not store your health data on any central servers we control.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with any third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• The MCP server you configure in the app settings
• AI assistants you explicitly connect to your MCP server

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

Security

We protect your data using:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transfers
• API key authentication for server access
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
