Copy your MCP URL from the dashboard and add it as a custom MCP server in Claude Desktop or ChatGPT. Your API key is included in the URL for authentication.
Make sure you've granted the app permission to read sleep data from Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). Also ensure you have sleep data recorded from a compatible device like Apple Watch, Oura Ring, or Fitbit.
